Nice pants but too long My daughter was so excited to get these pants. We ordered a size 8 and they were too long and baggy. She is 8 and at the 50th percentile for her age in height and weight. I had to send them back, but next year I will try again. September 1, 2012
If I could give these a "More than Excellent" rating, I would!! These pants are a winner. I have been searching high and low for pants that would fit my slender daughter, but so many other athletic pants don't have a functioning drawstring waist. These do - hooray!!! Thank you Lands End. My active, but fashion conscious 8 year old daughter is very particular about her clothes, and she loves these pants. I gave them to her to try on and she said they were so comfortable she didn't want to take them off. They do run a little long, but with the comfy waist, I just ordered down a size for her. good pair of athletic pants I have bought these athletic pants both for my 13-year-old's gym class and for my 10-year-old's habit of wearing athletic or sweat pants around the house on Saturday morning. These pants work great for both, lounging around the house, and pants for chilly days when gym class is held outside.
