It's made from 600 denier ballistic ripstop polyester lined in 210D polyester: a tough yet lightweight combination (because you also have to consider that 44 lb. weight limit). To help you breeze through inspections, we include a Travel Kit: a clear zippered bag holding unbreakable flip-top bottles, spray bottles and more for shampoo, lotion, etc. (Bag is sized at 1 quart and bottles are all 3 oz. or less, meeting TSA guidelines.)
