This bag is HUGE and it is very well made.
I love this bag. I will use it for the beach and to carry all of my gear for aquasize at the Y. I will also use it to carry my art supplies . it is big enough to carry a toddler- but, I won't do that ! I have the one with a zipper and even got it monogrammed . I'm sure I will have it around for a very long time.

Best bag I have ever owned
I typically do not write reviews for anything but this bag has been the best purchase I have made in a long time. I am a 6'6 male who travels in and out of NYC fairly often . It carries 5 days of my extra long clothes, laptop, ipad and reading tablet. The best part about the bag is that it looks better as you use it! It handles the subway, traveling across the world and to my beach house. I loved it so much that I bought my entire family (5 of us) monogrammed bags for Christmas. I highly suggest them!

One trip grocery bag
I take this with me when I go grocery shopping, and let me tell you, this bag can fit a TON of food. I regularly will buy 2 gallons of milk, 6 pounds of chicken, cheese, produce, canned and jarred goods - this bag holds it all. The cashiers are often skeptical at first, but amazed when they actually look inside and start loading it. I pop it in the car, make one trip to get it inside, and I'm done (super helpful when you have to deal with a kid or bad weather or whatever). Loading it up that much does make it quite heavy, but the bag has yet to show any wear from the weight and I've had mine for 4 years.

This bag is huge
Got this bag for an upcoming trip to Mexico. I wanted something big that can accommodate 4+ towels, sunscreen, books and the kids water toys. Well let me tell you, my 7 year old daughter fits in the bag and I'm actually able to zip it shut and lift it. Not only is it practical but it's very sturdy and well made.

LOVE LOVE LOVE
My sister received this bag as a gift a few years ago. Not only did she love it, but when I saw it I commented how awesome it was. She later got the same bag for me as a gift. It's huge! I can fit so much stuff in it. I've used it for road trips but mostly I use it as a prop bag for photography shoots: 3-4 small backdrops, 3 small fleece throws, a small set of blocks, a few random stuffed toys, a case of bubbles, 2 rolls of wide ribbon, a large pack of plastic easter eggs, small basket, and a box of flower petals. It really could hold more given all the interior pockets. This bag is heavy duty and good quality. The stiching and monogram are sturdy. I like the straps. They are just long enough that I can load it up and throw it over my shoulder. I love how the zipper is paneled. It doesn't 'pinch' the top closed reducing the space at the top. It lays flat so you can really stuff this thing to the gills and still zipper it closed. I love it so much that I just bought 3 of the same in size small for the kids. Monogramed their initials so they each have their own. I also bought the Market Tote to use as a Baby Bag. LOVE LOVE LOVE. I should leave a review for that too!!

Useful and beautiful.
The variety of sizes and colours available in this bag have been useful to me many times over the past few years. We use the large zipped bags for transporting food and necessary items for boat trips to our cottage, and now I have had many personalized for my adult children for Christmas visiting. They are fabulous and I will doubtless order more in the future. The monogram feature is a real plus.

Well made and quick international shipping
I purchased 2 bags for Christmas presents for friends. The bags are very sturdy and quite large. I am very happy with the quality and the monograms but I expected that from Lands End.
The shipping duration (to Melbourne Australia) was quick, which impressed me. The shipping rates weren't too bad eitehr. Therefore, I will continue to buy and ship to Australia.
FYI. I am an US expat in Australia.

Well made and very useful bag! Just what I would expect from Lands' End!
This is the fourth Lands' End canvas bag in our family - each of us has one - and we have given them as gifts to extended family members. Mmy 6-year old grandson got this one to use as his luggage when he visits family and he is especially delighted that it is monogramed. These bags are a remarkable product at a remarkable price!

Great bag, but heavy even when empty
This bag will last a lifetime. It's got one big pocket that runs the length of one side and 3 smaller (but still sizable) pockets on the other side. My only complaint/surprise is how HEAVY the bag is. It's heavy-duty canvas, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised. It works great for weekends away (car t rips)-- I love to just toss everything in. I definitely wouldn't use it if I had to schlep it at an airport, though. All-in-all, this was a great purchase that is doing everything I wanted it to do. Also, I got a single-letter monogram and am quite happy with that as well.
