Fit & Size Information

Canvas Women's Button Front Sailor Mini 4 5 3 3
I love it, but it isn't blue I love this skirt and it is certainly a bargain for a good quality wool skirt. It is not too mini and will definitely be appropriate to wear as a university T.A. I was surprised to find that I got a black skirt instead of "true navy." I like it in black too, but it was a surprise. Also, the sizing is way off. I took the advice of previous reviewers and ordered a size 2, although I usually wear a 4 or 6. It fits well, and I might even be able to pull off a slightly smaller size. Overall, the skirt is great and I can't wait to wear it this winter; however, it is mislabeled. May 1, 2013
Be careful! Waist and hips are around 28-30 inches. Had to order a size 2 (which fits properly). Wonderful skirt, but terrible sizing. November 5, 2012
Cute and beautifully made, but too large in the waist. This skirt is cute and very nicely made, but too large, even at size 0. We remeasured my daughter and checked the size charts after receiving it (the waist should be between 23 1/2 and 24 1/2 in.), but the skirt is between 27 and 28 inches in the waist. We are debating alterations or return. April 16, 2012
