Design: We took the traditional Fair isle sweater and our softest 7-gauge yarn and mashed them together to reinvent a classic. Cut shorter in a flattering cropped style with a chunky ribbed trim and spun from a luxurious angora blend (it's known for its softness and silky texture).
Possibilities: A casual companion to weekday shirts and skirts and weekend tees and jeans.
Material: 41% cotton, 26% nylon, 18% angora, 15% wool. Hand wash. Imported.

Soft and absolutely lovely
The colors are brighter than on the picture (and the dark pink stands out more happily), the fabric is very soft and thick without buldging, really great. The picture also does not do justice to the high cut (or shortnes of, whichever way you want to say it) of the cardigan: with a long white tunic underneath or on a dress with a marked waist, this cardigan looks lovely. Good for a spring that is a little too cool (and I'm guessing fall as well). I think it is a great buy for the money unless it falls apart when I wash it or something (but it doesn't look like it will). Could be both casual and formal (a business meeting for example): very comfortable and a relaxed British Isles style. Love it.

Lovely and soft but...
This is a beautiful sweater. Lovely colours and very very soft. But it is ridiculously short. The picture does not show just how short it really is. When I tried it on, the bottom of the sweater ended at least 2 inches ABOVE my bellybutton. I'm gonig to try it on again with a longer shirt underneath but I have a feeling this sweater will be going back. I know that's the look LE is going for in a lot of the Canvas line sweaters but this one is short to the extreme. A real shame.

looks pretty but sheds a lot!
made the mistake of wearing this sweater with a black shirt and pants. The first time i wore this it shed all over the place. i might end up returning this.
