Very heavy fabric!
For a short sleeve shirt this is a very heavy, stiff fabric. I hope my son doesn't complain about being too hot in it! The fit is perfect and looks good on him. It is a generous cut husky size.

Huge
This is a nice quality shirt, but the sizing is off. My son is a standard size 4, and this was huge in comparison to his button down shirts from other brands.

Short sleeved dress shirt for husky boys
This is a great shirt. Proportioned just right and short sleeved for extra comfort my husky son! Looks very nice on too.
Thank you Lands End for making products like this available for bigger kids!

nice shirt
My son loves this shirt, it's so hard to find a nice shirt that fits him right and it's not too long.

Great shirt for my son
Excellent shirt for my son. Fabric is durable but soft enough for his sensitive skin.

Great for husky sizes
I have had a hard time fitting my husky 11-year old in pretty much everything. This shirt is really nice, has that extra width he needs. He looks great in it.

Great shirt!
We got these shirts for our boys' kindergarten graduation. I love that they don't hold wrinkles. They looked great on the boys too. I'd get them again.

FITS MY HUSKY BOY
My son looks great in these shirts. The neck fits comfortably and the front lays flat, with no gaping. Just wish there were more colors and some stripe options.

Nice shirts
These shirts are great right out of the dryer. We have purchased 3 of these shirts for my son and have been very happy with the quality of these shirts.

More wrinkle-free than the no-iron pinpoints!!
I just returned all the more expensive, no-iron pinpont dress shirts I purchased for my son at the beginning of the school year. They came out rumpled, no matter how closely I babysat the landry load.
I ordered these oxfords as replacements and am much happier with them. They are less wrinkled coming out of the dryer ( in a pinch they could be worn directly from the dryer). I don't mind touching them up: it was just that spending the extra money for no-iron that came out looking rumbled, was frustrating. So stick with the oxfords. They are a little heavier and not as smooth a finish as the pinpoint, but overall they are the better choice for a school shirt.
As for size, I would go up a size from the sizing guide - my average built son wears a size bigger than they recommend.
