Beautiful, Soft, and Easy Care
Just laundered my brand new, white, monogrammed LE 400-thread count supima sateen sheets for first time. They are wonderfully, "creamily" soft and came out of dryer looking great (I only ironed the pillow cases for visual effect in guest bedroom). The monograms are elegant. And even my husband noticed how great these sheets look and feel. If they perform over time as well as they have today, I will order more for master and second guest bedroom. Lovely luxury without breaking the bank!

buying a second set
Love these sheets! Even my husband remarked how soft and comfortable these sheets were. I used to have Ralph Lauren Sheets, and these sheets are 100x better. They are softer and feel better against my skin. Best of all, these sheets have elastic all the way around the fitted sheet for a great fit. I have a 16" pillow top mattress, and the fitted sheet fits perfectly and covers the entire mattress, unlike my old sheets. We like these so much that i am buying a second set. It is worth the extra money!

Perfect Sheets
When I didn't receive the sheets I registered for as a wedding present, I decided to shop around at other places for the perfect sheets. Lands End had these on sale, so I gave them chance and am not disappointed. I have washed all the sheets and there was no deterioration of the fabric with washing. I also like that this set includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and two regular pillow cases. I purchased the king pillow cases separately. I decided on the Khaki color, which goes well with a light blue duvet and navy accents. The fitted sheet easily covers my entire mattress including built-in pillow top, and it still has room to tuck far enough under the mattress to not come loose. The texture of these sheets is cotton, so make no mistake--these are not satin or silk, and they do not feel like satin or silk, but they are the nicest cotton sheets I've ever slept in. I highly recommend these sheets for a comfortable and classy bedding set.

Great sheets
Lands End sheets were recommended to me by my niece who swears by them. I love the elastic around the entire bottom fitted sheet and not just the corners. I just purchased a new 12" deep mattress and these 15" deep with elastic all around fit perfectly. They are super soft and washed up nearly wrinkle free. The price is maybe on the high end, but I waited and watched for 30% off and free shipping, which made them well worth the wait.

Declining quality
I've bought this sheet set several times over the past 7 years. My first set was delightful: silky, smooth, luxurious. Wonderful quality built to last years. Flash forward a few years . . . my most recent set simiply disappointed. Gone was the dense, luxurious fabric, replaced with a much more sheer, rougher cotton. I could see through the newest sheet whereas it isn't possible with my older sheets. What a shame. I won't be buying sheet sets from Lands End again.

quality of cotton has dramatically declined
I have been buying these supima sateen sheets for 20 years. They had always been the very best, most wonderful sheets. Two pair that I purchased maybe two years ago had worn to the same wonderful patina of softeness, but then they just started to deteriorate. Big holes and rips made them unusable. In the past I found these sheets lasting 5 - 10 years. not these. So when they fell apart, I ordered more. Well the quality of the cotton was so stiff, so rough, that they felt like 50 thread count homespun! I returned them and I'm in mourning for the sheets of old, that were so perfect! I would gladly pay more for the original quality! Lands' End quit scrimping!!!

Blue doesn't seem blue???
Of course I love the sheet, but it's green vs blue..Still it works with my older blue Lands End sheets -so I will keep it. Just wish it was blue!

They are queen size
I bought these sheet sets in the past and they are wonderful. I purchased a set not too long ago and they are not the same quality. They are thinner and showing wear after just a few washings. Plus they are not the same length and width, they are shorter and and more narrow. I will never purchase Landsend sheets again.

Sheets holding up well
I have been using these sheets for over 6 months. They are holding up well with no shrinking or color fading. I use the low setting with the dryer and use bleach frequently and no bad outcomes. The all -around elastic on the fitted sheet is awesome. These sheets fit my deep mattress perfectly and are soft to sleep in. Of course I never like to pay full price for anything; I was glad I waited and got them on sale for 30% off with free shipping. Look out for this sale or at times LE has 40% one item... I know it is worth the full price but always great to get it on sale. I have these in cream and khaki and both have held up well. Minimal wrinkles also.

So disappointed!!! A great deal of $$$ spent for 2+ sets and they're falling apart!!!
Where do I start!?? I reviewed this set originally, on my own account, when first purchased approx 1 year ago. No real issues then except for an inconsistency with the finishing/seams on the pillow cases which Landsend's excellent customer service quickly resolved by replacing the items-no questions asked!! Oh was I thrilled to have found these after buying/donating several (supposedly) good quality sheet sets that didn't live up to expectations. I was so thrilled that I purchased a second set w/extra pillow cases and the coordinating duvet. Just a short time later, I noticed tiny holes in the corners of one of the bottom sheets. Called customer service, again the sheet was immediately replaced, and I shipped back the (assumed!) defective sheet for customer service to inspect. Again, great credit to Landsend's EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!! (Btw, at that time, I tried to go back in and update my original review, but one can't do that- that really should be corrected! I'm only able to do this review now because some of the bedding was ordered on my husband's acct.) Fast forward!!! It's barely one year later (newer for some replacements) and one pillow case has "THREAD RUNS" (in SUPIMA COTTON!!??) and the rest have PILLING!! (Again, in SUPIMA COTTON?!?!) In addition, more pin size HOLES are showing in both of the bottom sheets! Obviously, my mattress has no sharp edges, we have an upholstered headboard and a brand new, state of the art, front load/stainless steel tub washer that has a specific "sheet cycle" and I wash my sheets alone- as a set- one set at at time- so I know this isn't me, or a lack of proper care! (And now I'm seeing other reviewers voicing the same complaint about the holes!) So, what to do ??? As I now own- the king duvet, two king sheet sets plus an additional 4 pillowcases... Not to mention, I've had some additional custom pieces made to coordinate with this bedding, i.e. drapes, bed skirt, 3 euros and a few coordinating pillows-a significant additional investment!! Such a HUGE disappointment as this is the first set I've owned that actually fit my oversize-pillow top mattress and at this point only the top sheets and the duvet are in good condition! So now I'm back on the search for a good quality Supima cotton sheet set that will not only fit my oversize mattress, but that will coordinate with the duvet and custom bedding! I thought I was done with this for at least a few years!!!
ps I also noticed reviewer complaints about spots/stains on the sheets presumably from body lotions applied before bed... I had that initially too, but the spots would launder out each time and it eventually stopped happening completely.
