the past weeks we've received inquiries from customers about the
possibility of embroidering the American flag on Lands' End merchandise.
We do have this capability and, in response to these inquiries,
we have decided to offer this service without charge on the items
shown below.
At this time, unfortunately, we are not able to process these orders
online. To request that a flag be embroidered, please
order by phone at 1-800-356-4444 and one of our operators
will gladly assist – just provide the appropriate style
number. (In addition, items marked with a "*" symbol are also available
in kids' sizes. Ask our operators for details.)
If you had planned on placing an order with landsend.com for other
merchandise and would like to add one of the flag items, simply
submit your original order as you normally would at landsend.com.
Jot down your order number. You may then call our Internet operators
at 1-800-963-4816 by 10 p.m. CST the same day, provide your landsend.com
order number, and add any of these flag-embroidered items to your
order without paying an additional base shipping charge.

Embroidered items add 3-5 extra business days to delivery time.
Embroidered items can not be monogrammed.
