DODGEVILLE, Wis., June 18, 2012 – Lands’ End today announced Sara Dennis as senior vice president of design. Dennis will lead the entire Lands’ End Design organization and oversee all areas of product design, print, pattern and trend. Dennis will join the company on July 9, 2012. As the head of all product development for the brand, Dennis will report directly to Chris Kolbe, brand president at Lands’ End.
“I am confident that Sara’s proven success in leading global Design teams will deliver innovative product that inspires our customers and positively promotes the brand,” said Kolbe. “We look forward to adding a new member to the team who will bring creative ideas cultivated from her extensive retail and product development experience to enhance and grow the universal appeal of Lands’ End.”
Dennis comes to Lands’ End as an experienced senior executive who has successfully built and launched new brands throughout her career. Most recently, she consulted for Belstaff and prior to that was the vice president and general marketing manager for NY Brand Studio, responsible for building new businesses. Dennis has also held a variety of senior level positions with Vera Wang, Liz Claiborne, Calvin Klein and Polo Ralph Lauren.
