Lands' End at Sears
The Lands' End brand has come to life at more than 275 Sears stores across the country. Now, customers can experience the legendary combination of Lands' End quality, value, service and style in person.
Each Lands' End Shop at Sears features high-quality and stylish Lands' End products, personalized service, enhanced visuals and even a cozy shopping lounge where customers can search all of the Lands' End offerings via the Internet and catalog.
Each shop offers products for women, men and kids and select stores offer items for the home, intimates, special sizes, seasonal products, footwear and baby.
The bold and striking Lands' End colors, true navy and white, are used throughout the dedicated area to help customers easily locate Lands' End within Sears.
Lands' End brings to retail the world-class shopping experience of its legendary catalog and award-winning Web site. Lands' End associates receive in-depth product and service training in addition to Sears training, ensuring they provide customers the highest level of service.
Customers are able to touch and feel the quality and details of Lands' End products, while knowing they can also search the entire assortment from a comfortable shopping lounge. Each shopping lounge features catalogs, an Internet kiosk linking shoppers to landsend.com and a direct phone line to Lands' End, making it easy for shoppers to order additional sizes, colors or new products from the company's extended assortment.
Customers receive free shipping for all online and catalog orders made through the Shop and can return products free of charge at any Sears store.
The Lands' End brand has truly come to life at Sears. Today, an expanded product assortment, enhanced visuals and personalized service bring the Lands' End experience to Sears unlike any other time in history.
