Each Lands' End Shop at Sears features high-quality, stylish Lands' End products, personalized service, enhanced visuals and even a cozy shopping lounge where customers can search all of the Lands' End offerings via the Internet and catalog.

In addition to products for women, men and kids, select stores also offer items for the home, intimates, school uniform items, special sizes, seasonal products and footwear.

The bold and striking Lands' End colors, true navy and white, are used throughout the dedicated area to help customers easily locate Lands' End within Sears. 

Select Sears locations also feature Lands’ End Canvas™ Shops at Sears, offering timeless casual apparel, swimwear, outerwear, shoes and accessories for both women and men that are relevant to a modern lifestyle from the Lands’ End Canvas collection.

The Shopping Experience

Lands' End brings to retail the world-class shopping experience of its legendary catalog and award-winning website. Lands' End associates receive in-depth product and service training in addition to Sears training, ensuring they provide customers the highest level of service.

Customers are able to touch and feel the quality and details of Lands' End products while knowing they can also search the entire assortment from a comfortable shopping lounge. Each shopping lounge features catalogs, an Internet kiosk linking shoppers to landsend.com and a direct phone line to Lands' End, making it easy for shoppers to order additional sizes, colors or new products from the company's extended assortment.

Customers receive free shipping for all online and catalog orders placed at the Shops and can return products free of charge at any Sears store in the U.S.

June 2002

Incorporated in 1963 and publicly traded for 15 years, Lands’ End, Inc. becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Sears, Roebuck and Co. on June 17, 2002.

November 2002

Lands’ End introduces select merchandise at Sears retail stores in November 2002.

Lands’ End rolls out its “best sellers” in 184 select Sears store locations including Chicago, Los Angeles, Boston, New York, Atlanta and Madison, Wis.
November 2003

Lands’ End "best sellers" are available at all 870 full-line Sears stores.
March 2005

Lands' End becomes a proud member of Sears Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: SHLD) in a merger between Sears and Kmart.
September 2005

Lands’ End tests a store-within-a-store concept at Sears in White Plains, N.Y. The new format – a Lands’ End Shop at Sears – brings the world-class shopping experience of the legendary catalog and toll-free number, along with its award-winning website, to retail.
November 2006

Lands' End marks a 100-shop milestone opening Lands' End Shops at Sears on the East Coast and in the Midwest. Each shop offers approximately 10,000 square feet filled with products for women, men and kids, representing a 50 percent increase in product assortment from Lands' End offerings at Sears in years past. Lands' End Shops at Sears now account for more than one million square feet of retail space at Sears.

Lands’ End adds new departments including Intimates, Home, Baby, School Uniforms and Luggage at select Lands' End Shops.
April - May 2007

Lands' End opens shops on the West Coast, bringing the total number of stores to 149.
May - June 2007

Lands' End expands its existing Lands’ End Shops at Sears locations in Burlington, Mass., and Paramus, N.J., each featuring 20,000 square feet of selling space and the largest-ever assortment of Lands' End products available at Sears.
September 2007

The total number of Lands' End Shops at Sears reaches 200 with more than 2 million square feet of Lands' End retail floor space.

2008

Lands' End expands 10 existing Lands’ End Shops at Sears locations to 20,000 square feet in markets including Redmond, Wash., and Alpharetta, Ga.
Fall 2009

Lands’ End opens 71 additional Lands’ End Shops at Sears across the nation, bringing the total to 293. The new locations include the first shops in Alabama, Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, Nebraska and Texas.

Lands’ End opens the first Lands’ End Canvas™ store on State Street in Madison, Wis. The Lands’ End Canvas collection also debuts at the Lands’ End Shop at Sears in Paramus, N.J.
Spring/Summer 2010

Lands’ End expands the Lands’ End Canvas Shops at Sears to 24 locations nationwide.
