Todd Peletta brings strong leadership, effective team-building skills and practical knowledge to his role as senior vice president of inventory management. Peletta's team encompasses global planning and inventory across all divisions including women's, men's, kids', seasonal apparel, footwear and home for operations in the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany and Japan.

Peletta guides the decision making on inventory planning including the appropriate quantities of product in warehouses, determining the amount of product to be purchased, the timing of arrival for seasonal merchandise and markdown strategies. He supports Lands' End's strategic and financial goals by ensuring that effective processes are implemented across all aspects of inventory.

Peletta is a member of the senior leadership team. He attended Santa Rosa College in Santa Rosa, California.
