Bob McElroy has a career rooted in building brands and businesses that spans three decades. At Lands' End, McElroy has demonstrated leadership in the Home and Internet businesses by growing the revenue and profitability and improving the management of the divisions.

As the senior vice president of international, McElroy leads the global strategy for the international businesses. Lands' End managing directors for Northern Europe (UK and Sweden), Central Europe (Germany, Austria and France), and Lands' End Japan report directly to McElroy.

McElroy holds a Bachelors of Science degree in psychology from Lehman College. He is a member of the senior leadership team and reports to Edgar Huber, the CEO and president of Lands’ End.
