Mike Rosera brings over 25 years of experience in management, company expansion, and brand development to his role as chief operating and finance officer of Lands’ End. Rosera has successfully managed, expanded and launched brands throughout his career, proving his invaluable ability to generate value creation. As COO and CFO, Rosera provides seamless integration across all channels of business, including direct, online, retail and global with an eye towards maintaining profitability, brand growth and inventory management. He is responsible for accounting, financial reporting, legal, information technology, and integrated company planning, forecasting and inventory across all divisions in the United States, Northern and Central Europe, and Japan. His knowledge of the industry and command of business relationships serve him well as he creates beneficial partnerships across the globe.
Having worked with numerous leading domestic and international retail brands, Rosera understands the importance of implementing long-term growth planning and creating deliverables to better retail operations. As the leader in operations and finance, Rosera is responsible for all aspects of financial planning and inventory management for Lands’ End's global business as the leader of finance and operations. This includes identifying business opportunities, development, general operations and profit and loss management. Rosera also guides the decision making on inventory planning, including the appropriate quantities of product in warehouses, determining the amount of product to be purchased, the timing of arrival for seasonal merchandise and markdown strategies.
His ability to balance brand growth, operational excellence and financial discipline helps keep Lands’ End operating as a successful business. Rosera received his MBA from the University of Chicago. He is a member of the executive team and reports to Edgar Huber, the CEO and president of Lands’ End.
