Connecting with customers through direct and digital marketing by creating breakthrough and delivering memorable customer shopping experiences is second nature to some. With a healthy mix of right-brain creativity and left-brain analysis, Meg Armstrong understands the importance of attracting new customers while delivering unique and impactful content.

As executive vice president for Lands’ End, Armstrong leads the company’s overall strategic direction and decision making for all direct-to-consumer initiatives, including ongoing efforts to determine the most efficient and effective ways to acquire customers through catalog, digital and mobile commerce initiatives. She also works seamlessly with the information technology team to implement content, functionality and technology platforms. She is dedicated to embracing, supporting and growing great customer relationships.

Armstrong earned her master’s degree in management strategy and marketing from Wake Forest University. She is a member of the senior leadership team and reports to Edgar Huber, the CEO and President of Lands’ End.
