In his role as vice president, head of retail, Joe Gravitt oversees field management and store operations for Lands’ End’s retail business. An accomplished industry executive, Gravitt brings more than 25 years of specialty store retail experience and a proven track record of strong leadership and teambuilding skills to Lands’ End.

Gravitt is responsible for maintaining the overall retail strategy, growing top line revenue and driving profitability for the Lands’ End Shops at Sears. Gravitt and his team drive market opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies and execute business plans to grow and expand the Lands’ End Shops at Sears business. He works closely with the Lands’ End management team and the field to provide executive-level operational, financial and strategic leadership – serving as the conduit between Lands’ End retail locations and the corporate office.

Gravitt attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He is a member of the senior leadership team and reports to Edgar Huber, the CEO and president of Lands’ End.
