He is responsible for global product management and strategic direction, overseeing the product and merchandising teams. Kolbe ensures the company's commitment to quality, value and service are executed throughout product design and across all merchandising retail, direct and international channels.

John Maher brings a strong, well-rounded knowledge of the entire Lands' End business to his role as senior vice president of Lands' End Outfitters. A Lands' End employee since 1980, Maher began his career as a retail associate at the first Lands' End outlet store on Elston Avenue in Chicago, and soon worked his way up to managing director of retail. He then went on to serve as director of licensing and full line store merchant.

As a cross-functional partner to the merchandising, design, and inventory management teams, Mazzone ensures brand integrity through consistency and fit.
