Busing 
|
Are you a UW-Platteville student interested in working with
us but don't have transportation that will get you to Dodgeville?
Well, we've taken care of that for you! Lands' End has set up
a busing service that will make it easy for you to get here.
We'll pick you up at the Ullsvik Center prior to your shift
and drop you off there at night once you're done with work.
While on the bus, you'll have an opportunity to catch up on
some homework...or sleep!

| Medical Program
|
We offer a health program that as a flexible part-time employee,
you can elect to purchase. It provides limited coverage for
routine outpatient illness and inpatient hospitalization, in-network
provider discounts, prescription drug coverage, vision discounts,
and outpatient office visits.

| Dental Program
|
We offer a dental program that you, as a flexible part-time
employee, can elect to purchase. It covers most common procedures
and preventative services, allows you to use any dentist and
provides immediate coverage for checkup and cleaning.

| Retirement Plan
|
|
You are eligible to participate in the plan at the end of
the calendar quarter if you're at least 19 years of age and
have met hours-of-service requirements. This plan offers immediate
rollovers from other qualified plans and 100% vesting.
401K - You can contribute and save up to 15% of your
base pay on a pretax basis. After one year of service, the
company matches 50 cents for every $1 saved, up to 6% if you
have worked a minimum of 1,000 hours over the calendar year.
Profit Sharing - You are eligible to participate
after one year of service. Company contribution is based on
company profits. There is at least a 2% minimum contribution
each year, 100% vested at the time of contribution.

| Bonus
|
You are eligible for a bonus, based on our company profits, if you are employed through the Christmas holiday season.
|
| Referral bonus
|
Refer someone to work our holiday season and you will receive
a $50 referral if that person stays through the holiday season.
Your name will also be entered into drawings for additional
prizes.
If you refer someone for a regular full-time hourly or salaried
position, you may be eligible for between $250 and $2000 for
your referral, depending on the position.

| Employee Merchandise Discount
|
As a Lands' End employee, you can purchase Lands' End and
Sears products for yourself, your spouse and dependent children
at a reduced price. You can also receive an additional 20% off
purchases made at any of Lands' End Inlet stores.

Comer Center
|
This facility is available for you, your spouse and dependent
children. It includes basketball and racquetball courts, a 25-meter
indoor swimming pool and whirlpool, an 1/8 mile indoor track,
free weights and machines, and plenty of cardio equipment to
use while viewing a television program or listening to the radio
with our cardio-theatre. We also have an aerobics room that
offers classes ranging from yoga to cardio kickboxing. For the
competitive types, we offer a variety of intramural sports including
basketball, soccer and volleyball (sand volleyball in the summer).
Finally, we have an on-site health and fitness staff who educate
our employees on a variety of topics, along with providing fitness
assessments and personal training.

| Holidays
|
You will be paid time-and-one-half for any hours worked on
a company holiday. In addition, after completing two Christmas
holiday (peak) seasons, you will be eligible for a 4-hour paid
holiday during your 3rd peak season.

| Back-up Child Care
|
We have a center on-site (Dodgeville only) designed to provide
back-up care when your normal arrangements fall through. It
is available for children ages 6 weeks to age 12.

| Educational Assistance
|
You are eligible for $500 per year for job-related education
after working 500 hours.

| Homework Helpline
|
This is available for all employees' children.
|
| Leaves of absence
|
Leaves of absence for medical or personal reasons.
|
| Discount tickets
|
Special discounts for amusement parks, water parks, movie
theaters, and more are available to our employees.
|
| Annual Picnic
|
An opportunity to meet fellow coworkers, this event attracts
over 8,000 employees and their families. Games, prizes, rides,
music, great food and great camaraderie are all things our employees
enjoy at this picnic, held in August each year.
