BUSINESS OUTFITTERS
Business Outfitters is our business-to-business division. It offers quality products to businesses, organizations and other groups that use our merchandise for uniforms, corporate premiums, gifts and incentive programs. Business Outfitters produces its own catalog five times per year, manages its own marketing, creative development, inventory control and catalog production, along with its own sales and service operations. These areas include CAD design and embroidery production. Facilities are located in Dodgeville, WI, and Stevens Point, WI.

CUSTOMER SALES & SERVICES
This is our front line when it comes to direct contact with our customers. They communicate with our customers a variety of ways - via the phone, fax, mailed-in orders and the Internet. This area involves customers sales, customer service, order services, specialty shoppers and training. We have locations in Dodgeville, WI and Reedsburg, WI (located near Wisconsin Dells).


DISTRIBUTION CENTER
Once customer orders have been taken, it's up to our distribution center teams to ensure that the product arrives looking great and in a timely manner. This area involves receiving, stocking, orderfilling, packing, monogramming, hemming and gift wrapping. We have locations in Dodgeville, WI, and Reedsburg, WI (located near Wisconsin Dells).

RETAIL
Our retail stores are another method of direct contact with customers. The stores serve as a vehicle to offer quality Land' End product to the public at a reduced catalog price. Our store employees are involved with providing great customer service by answering questions not only about product in the store, but product that appears in our catalogs as well. They are also responsible for merchandising, receiving and stocking, as well as daily store operations. We have stores in the following locations:

• Wisconsin - Madison, Milwaukee area (Brookfield, Fox Point), Oshkosh, Johnson Creek, Dodgeville
• Illinois - Chicago area (Schaumburg, Lombard, Niles)
• Minnesota - Minneapolis/St. Paul area (Richfield, Woodbury, Minnetonka, Roseville, and Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport)
• New York - Rochester
