MERCHANDISING
|
Merchandising at Lands' End is a combination of creativity
and business know-how. Our merchandising team stays one step
ahead by researching trends, visiting marketplaces all over
the world, and keeping in constant touch with our customer
by monitoring feedback on current product offerings. Our merchants
are responsible for developing the product line, including
all financial planning, and determining which styles will
appeal to our customers.

|
Our operations group provides world-class customer service
through the efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders
in a production/distribution environment. Management opportunities
lie in the areas of receiving, stocking, orderfilling, packing,
monogramming, hemming and returns.

QUALITY
|
Our quality area takes our designer's creations and makes
them into functional pieces. They work closely with our designers,
merchants and our manufacturing sources to ensure the fit,
construction and quality of our products. This includes everything
from writing our own size specifications to fabric content,
grading, testing of materials, and inspecting.

RETAIL
|
We have retail stores located in Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota
and New York. Our stores offer high-quality Lands' End product
to our customers at a reduced catalog price. Management within
our stores has the responsibility for merchandising, training
staff members, managing inventory levels, and overall store
operations.
