- This seminar series provides interns an opportunity to
learn about Lands' End business functions and department
responsibilities through a series of interactive presentations
by Lands' End vice-presidents and directors.

| Training and Workshops. |
- These workshops are geared towards our interns and cover
a wide range of topics from how to write an effective resume
to how to better communicate with your co-workers and managers.

| Activities. |
- It can't be all work and no play! Since many interns come
to Lands' End from all over the country, there are plenty
of opportunities to get to know one another. From cookouts,
volleyball games, and baseball games to waterparks - we
want to make sure all interns have a good time and get to
explore the area while they are here with us.

| Internship Scholarship. |
- LE believes in encouraging promising students to further
their education by offering four $1000 scholarships. To
be eligible, the student has to be enrolled as a full-time
student in the Fall 2008. The scholarship is our way or
rewarding the interns for their hard work, academics achievements,
and for the years of success we envision in the future.
This scholarship makes our program unique and displays our
commitment to the internship program and continuing education.
