Lands' End is a leading direct merchant of traditionally styled, classic casual wear and products for the home. We are currently searching for an Associate Manager at our Oshkosh store.

The person in this position is responsible for energizing our business, putting a "face" to the Lands' End name and striving to exceed our customers' expectations. Management responsibilities include supporting the store in the day-to-day planning, coordinating, control and overall direction. Other responsibilities include floor supervision and assisting in the training and performance development of all staff members. This person assumes a leadership position within the store and overall store accountability in the absence of the store manager and assistant manager. This is an entry-level position. The hourly wage ranges from $9.25 to $11.00 per hour depending on previous experience and education.

Qualified candidates must have the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Retailing, Merchandising or related field; or comparable experience.
• Prior supervisory experience in a retail setting.
• Demonstrated leadership ability.
• Excellent communication skills and strong customer service skills.
