We want to work with the best. So we've created an internship worthy of the brightest.
For 12 weeks each summer, our Dodgeville campus becomes a classroom for dozens of talented students from the nation's top colleges and universities. Graduate or undergraduate, these students all share the same goals: to work hard, learn constantly and gain serious, career-starting experiences. Our goal? To make it happen.
Lands' End internships focus keenly on students' individual strengths, educational goals and professional development needs. And with personalized mentorship, group projects, leadership workshops, and social networking activities, you'll end the summer fully immersed in our brand and culture.
Highlights of our summer internship program include:
These days, Katlyn Morgan works in our women's clothing division. But she started at Lands' End as a summer intern. Then she came back for the winter break. And after graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a degree in apparel design and development, she came back again. This time, it was for good. "After working here as an intern, I knew that this is where I wanted to work," said Katlyn. "Everyone is eager to help me master the entire design process. Plus, it's a healthy atmosphere where you can take time to work out or take a yoga class. I am extremely happy here."
Our undergraduate internship programs give students the framework to build on their strengths and reach their full potential. From merchants to engineers, marketers to designers, every undergrad will gain a deep understanding of their career path's purpose, projects and functions while working to serve the key business priorities of a fast-paced, innovative global retailer.
Successful candidates are passionate, thoughtful, driven. So if you're ready for more, say hello. We'd love to meet you. And we promise, the only coffee you'll be getting is your own.
