Standard Shipping
- 2-3 business days via UPS (plus 1-2 business days for processing) (Monday through Friday delivery)
- 2-4 business days to Alaska and Hawaii, shipped Priority Mail, no additional charge

- 3-7 business days to most addresses on orders placed at Lands' End Shops at Sears
Express UPS
- 1 business day via UPS (plus 1-2 business days for processing) (Monday through Friday delivery)
- Regular shipping & handling fee plus $12 additional charge ($22 additional for AK, HI) (see Shipping & Handling Charges)
Express UPS a.m. delivery
- 1 business day via UPS (plus 1-2 business days for processing) with delivery before noon (Monday through Saturday delivery; not available in some areas)
- Regular shipping & handling fee plus $20 additional charge (see Shipping & Handling Charges)
Parcel Post
- 10 days (plus 1-2 business days for processing) (Monday through Saturday delivery)
- Applicable where UPS doesn't deliver — P.O. boxes, some rural areas, and APO/FPO addresses
- Starts at $5.95 (same price as Standard Shipping) (see Shipping & Handling Charges)
Priority Mail
- 2-4 business days (plus 1-2 business days for processing) (Monday through Saturday delivery)

Special Considerations
Monogramming, Engraving, Cuffing, & Hemming
Please add 1 to 2 business days to shipping times for orders with monogramming, engraving, cuffing or hemming requests.
Specialty Shipping or "Drop-shipped" items
Some Home products (such as furniture, holiday greenery and other items) are shipped directly from the manufacturer and have delivery times longer than our standard 2-3 days, with no shipping upgrade available. For Home products that can only be ordered by phone, or indicate a longer shipping time, please call 1-800-708-4545 Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. CST for detailed shipping information.
Lands' End Custom Items
Custom items are shipped separately by UPS directly from the manufacturer. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your garment to be made and shipped.
Custom shipping exceptions:
- Orders to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and U.S. Territories will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail
- Orders to Canada will be shipped by Canadian Post
Backordered Items
will be shipped separately as soon as they become available, at no extra cost, via USPS (approximately 3-7 business days). For orders upgraded to Express UPS and Express UPS a.m. delivery, backordered items will be shipped via Standard Shipping (UPS).

Shipping & handling charges are based on the amount you order. The charges shown above are for a single address. Delivery to additional addresses is only $5.95 per address. “Value of Order” includes the total price of the items plus gift boxing if applicable. Value of Order does NOT include monogramming, embroidery, school uniform logos or any applicable sales tax.
To determine the date we'll ship your order, allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing, plus 1 to 2 additional business days if you've requested monogramming, engraving, cuffing or hemming. For example, Express UPS will get your package to you the day after the processing is complete.
