Examine your 3-section packing slip.• Keep the Order summary for your records.
• Send the Return Form along with your returned items.
• Use the Return Label on the outside of your parcel.

please tell us the name and address of the person who gave it to you. (Providing this information will help us keep your return confidential.)

• Complete the packing slip reorder section and fax it to us at 1-800-332-0103, or
• Send the packing slip reorder section back with the return.For a refund:Indicate on your Return Form whether you prefer a check, a credit to your credit card, or a Gift Card in the amount of your credit due. Lands' End will refund directly to you the purchase price plus duties and taxes. (Note: Gift Cards are redeemable for Lands' End merchandise at participating Sears® stores, at all Lands' End Inlets, online at landsend.com and by phone or by fax.) -

In returning merchandise to our Canadian address you authorize the Canadian customs broker to submit a claim for duty and taxes to Revenue Canada on your behalf and to receive, endorse and deposit all such refunds.
