Track Your Order
If you selected UPS as the shipping method for your Lands' End order, you
can use this page to track your package. (Sorry. We currently do not have
tracking systems in place for packages shipped via other carriers.)
After entering your Lands' End order number, you'll go to the UPS tracking-system
Web site. Before checking the status of your package, please allow 1-2
business days for us to process your online order (monogramming or inseaming
may add another day or two).
If the UPS tracking system indicates that it has no record of your package,
it may mean that your order has not left Lands' End or that you did not
choose UPS as the shipping method for your order.
Tracking information is available for two weeks after your package is shipped.
Lands' End is not responsible for the maintenance or proper functioning
of the UPS site that tracks our packages. That site is solely the responsibility
of UPS.
Gift Cards
Since we ship most Gift Card orders via U.S. Postal Service Priority
Mail, they cannot be tracked on this page. Delivery is normally three to
four business days after we ship.
You can track your Gift Card order if you requested a faster delivery method and upgraded to UPS delivery.
Alaska and Hawaii
Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska are sent via USPS Priority Mail so
they will not appear in the UPS tracking system. Please allow 1-2 business
days for processing (1-2 days more for monogramming/inseaming requests).
After leaving our warehouse, packages usually arrive in 2-4 business
days.
International Shipments
If you selected UPS as the shipping method for your order, you can use
this page to track your package to International destinations (except Japan
and Canada). Allow 1-2 weeks for your package to arrive (plus processing
time).
