Returning Online orders From Other Countries
If you’re not satisfied with any item, simply return it to us at any time for an exchange or refund of its purchase price.
For a refund:
Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by Borderfree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order. Note: original shipping fees and return shipping fees are not refunded.
BF*Lands End Inc. will appear on billing statements.
You must chat or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your return. Refund information is also located on your Borderfree packing paperwork.
All reorders are placed as new orders on landsend.com. We are unable to process exchanges included in return paperwork.

If an item you purchased from landsend.com goes on sale for a lower price within 14 days of your original purchase, Lands’ End will refund the difference upon request. “On the Counter” pricing excluded.
