If you're not satisfied with any item, simply return it to us at any time for an exchange or refund of its purchase price.
Examine your 3-section packing slip.
- Keep the Order summary for your records.
- Send the Return Form along with your returned items.
- Use the Return Label on the outside of your parcel.
If you return a gift you received, please tell us the name and address of the person who gave it to you. (Providing this information will help us keep your return confidential.)
To reorder:
Send the packing slip reorder section back with your return.
For a refund:
We'll issue a credit in the original form of payment. If the original form of payment is no longer valid, the payment was made with points or vouchers from a rewards program, or if the order was a gift, you'll be issued a Lands' End gift card instead.
Contact your local customs office for return of duties and taxes.
