Corporate Giving

For more than 40 years, Lands' End has been giving back to our community and beyond. To continue our strong heritage of giving, we’ve developed the “Giving Hands” campaign.

The goal of the Giving Hands campaign is to partner with organizations in the communities where we live and work to help needy families overcome obstacles for a better tomorrow.

As a company who offers clothing for the family and items for the home, our primary means of giving is focused on product donations for human service organizations. In addition, we’ve built in a number of programs where our employees can partner with us to have an impact in how our giving funds are directed. Some of these programs include a matching employee volunteerism program, a department fundraiser matching program, and individual support for employees and their families who participate in walk/run/bike events.

How Lands’ End Gives

We review donation requests from our local Wisconsin communities with a strong preference to non-profit organizations that fall within our Giving Hands campaign focus.

Donations will be reviewed by employee committees (representing the areas where we operate) and granted on a quarterly basis (April, July, October, January).

If you fall within the guidelines mentioned above and would like to apply for consideration, please complete our donation request application. Since donations are granted on a quarterly basis, to be considered, ensure your materials are received by Lands’ End by the end of the following months: March, June, September, or December. Please also complete this application if you would like us to let our employees know of your volunteer opportunities as part of our employee volunteerism program.
