We believe in providing tools and resources to inspire our employees to become active in the communities where we live and work. Whether it be matching funds raised from an onsite carwash for flood victims, matching hours volunteered with a contribution to an organization of employee choice, or providing a donation to those who participate in a walk, run, or bike event, we support the giving efforts of our employees - giving to organizations that align with the interests of our workforce.

Through these employee-driven programs, we are able to support many worthy endeavors – from education and health-related causes to environmental, human services, and community development organizations.

On rare occasions, something you’ve purchased from us may not meet your expectations. So when we do get returned merchandise that cannot be resold – and the item still meets our high quality standards – it is donated to those who need it most.

“And what about those pant ends?” you may ask. “You know, that excess fabric from the end of my pant legs that gets cut off in the hemming process?” Yes, even that gets put to good use. Excess fabric pieces are donated locally to organizations that make quilts, which are then distributed to various organizations locally and Internationally.
