Neither your name nor anything about you is sold or shared with any other non-affiliated company or agency.

If you place orders by mail or phone, we do make our mailing list available to carefully screened companies whose products or services might interest you. Additionally, if you receive Lands' End catalogs and would like to unsubscribe, call 1-800-800-5800 or send an e-mail to websiteinquiry@landsend.com and we will remove your name as quickly as possible.

Types of personal information we may gather

  • Purchases — When you place an order, you give us your name, address, phone number or e-mail address plus credit card information. If you create a Personal Shopping Account with us, so that you may place orders more conveniently, you authorize us to store your name and shipping address(es), and optionally, credit card and billing information.


  • Catalog requests — We need your name and address in order to mail you a catalog. We also require a phone or e-mail contact, in case the address is wrong. To stop receiving catalogs, simply call 1-800-800-5800.


  • E-mail newsletters — We need your e-mail address. It will never be shared with or sold to anyone. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.


  • Online services — Several of our optional services involve storing personal information — your Personal Shopping Account, My Virtual Model™, Lands' End Live™ and Shop with a friend™. This is for your convenience only. The information is not used for any other purpose.
