Amounts received by Lands’ End for duties and taxes are accepted on your behalf, for the broker. |

you authorize the Canadian customs broker to submit
a claim for duty and taxes to Revenue Canada on your behalf and to receive,
endorse and deposit all such refunds. Lands' End will refund the purchase
price, duty and taxes directly to you.
Which items are subject
to duty?
Lands' End items that are manufactured in the US or Canada are not assessed
duty. Items that are imported or made in any other country will be assessed
duty based on the country of origin. To determine whether duty will be assessed,
refer to the item's product description, which will include origin of manufacture.

or fax, call us toll-free at 800-800-5800 and we'll provide you the duty
rate for each item you select.
