If you own a comfortable pair of shoes in a style similar to those which
you are ordering, order that size. If you don't know your size, have your
feet measured with a foot measuring device. Measure both feet after you
have been on them for at least several hours, and order the size of the
larger foot. If you wear a half-size shoe and the style you want comes only
in whole sizes, round down your measurements to the nearest whole size. Once
you've determined your size, you can confidently order any pair of shoes
from Lands' End in that size.

Lands' End shoes are made primarily for the American market, where the
average width is a U.S. "D". We also offer some styles in Wide, which
is an "EE" width. In Europe, the average width is a U.S. "E," and in Japan,
"F-G." In general, casual footwear such as soft sole moccasins, slippers
and sandals are made to accommodate a wide range of widths. For more structured
footwear, ordering a half-size larger may provide extra width.
