Delivery cost is based on the amount you order. The charges shown below
are for each "ship-to" address. "Value of Order" includes the total price
of the items, taxes and duty where applicable, plus any service charges,
such as monogramming or gift boxing.
To make things as simple as possible for you, we'll handle importing
requirements. We'll bill you for the duty and applicable HST (15%, for
new Brunswick, Newfoundland and Nova Scotia), GST (all other provinces)
and PST due on your order. By placing your order, you authorize Lands'
End to appoint a Canadian customs broker to obtain customs clearance for
your merchandise and remit applicable duty and taxes on your behalf to
Revenue Canada. |

you authorize the Canadian customs broker to submit
a claim for duty and taxes to Revenue Canada on your behalf and to receive,
endorse and deposit all such refunds. Lands' End will refund the purchase
price, duty and taxes directly to you.
Which items are subject to duty?
Lands' End items that are manufactured in the US or Canada are not assessed
duty. Items that are imported or made in any other country will be assessed
duty based on the country of origin. To determine whether duty will be assessed,
refer to the item's product description, which will include origin of manufacture.

rate for each item you select.
