Our Standard Shipping combines the efficiency of UPS with the convenience of USPS. UPS picks up your package at our distribution center and delivers it to your local post office for final delivery to your mailbox or door by USPS. (To ensure delivery within five business days, your final carrier may vary.)

When will you receive your order?

To determine the date we’ll ship your order, allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing, plus 1 to 2 additional business days if you’ve requested monogramming, engraving, cuffing or hemming. For example, Express UPS will get your package to you the day after the processing is complete.

Monogramming, Engraving, Cuffing, & Hemming

Please add 1 to 2 business days to shipping times for orders with monogramming, engraving, cuffing or hemming requests.

Specialty Shipping or "Drop-shipped" Items

Some Home products (such as furniture, holiday greenery and other items) are shipped directly from the manufacturer and have delivery times longer than our standard 2-5 days, with no shipping upgrade available. For Home products that can only be ordered by phone, or indicate a longer shipping time, please call 1-800-708-4545 Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. CST for detailed shipping information.

The estimate shown is based on Standard Shipping rates to the zip code you provided at the time of estimation. Final Shipping & Handling fees may vary if you change shipping methods or zip codes, or ship your order to multiple addresses.

The estimate shown is based on applicable state and municipal sales taxes (if any) for the zip code you provided at the time of estimation. Final taxes may vary if you ship any or all of your order to a different zip code or multiple zip codes.

Backordered items

will be shipped separately as soon as they become available, at no extra cost, via USPS (approximately 3-7 business days). For orders upgraded to Express UPS and Express UPS a.m. delivery, backordered items will be shipped via Standard Shipping (UPS/USPS).
